The most useful review selected by IndeedAll the the things are good but traditional approach of leadership problematic. They are not taking decision based on associates feedback and in multi-stakeholder environment if everyone gives positive feedback then only you promoted. If someone excellent performer continuously even though leadership plays dirty politics.
