This company is like a government company

Good work culture, supportiveProffesionalHonestITItechnicians rank is for worker. Never recomend them to CEO level. Engineers respect is well supported. Most plastic companies grow ITI technicians to CEO keeping qualified engineers under them. Once a low grade guy become CEO there egos and frustrations will put on Engineers.Nilkamal is the only company in India give respect to Engineers & keep our grade on Top.

Bad culture, Worse HRs & Worst Managers

Join only when you're jobless & also after joining keep hunting for the better opportunities. Once you get it, leave this place.People are cheap & absolutely uncultured. Females coworkers usually feel insecure about their safety. Overall IQ of the employees are quite low & especially people who are being placed at team heads have no talent apart from manipulating & blame games.The company is standing just because of the early founders & their efforts. Nilkamal will not have any future until they fire incompetent ones from their company. And it's family run business, so don't expect to think rational & logical.

Worst company in world

I think Nilkamal kharadpada plant is the worst company in world.you irritated by uneducated and unmannered management.No future of technical and knowledgeable person.Everybody work there for himself not for company.

Nilkamal limited one of the good company in the india. Product traning and meeting management all of good. Salary & benifit avarge and other store is good. Product is also good but not in time supply to customer. And mattress is very good product of nilkamal limited.but some one time product issue exp not received good finished goods. And assembly is very low process.

Their manager appointment system is not good .They need to take test before appointing a manger before. Technical test , product and market knowledge , team handling skill or check whether he is leader.After work time lot of call pressure by manager Reporting is very frustrating need to take only one at time
