The working time is 8hours perday for 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday.As a PhD scholar, we have to report to the supervisor frequently. The relationship with the supervisor is very important. The time management is verry important and we have to submit the progess report every 6months to the institute. The publication during the course is the hardest part. The most enjoyable part is, we can work without a pressure.

Pros

Very good atmosphere for doing research.

Cons

If the fellowship is from external agency, it will take time to process.

A very resourceful experience. Only skilled people would be able to balance out life and work at NIMHANS. Exposure is emense. Be prepared to slog well they pay you for that.

I was working there as an intern for a month. Work culture is good and environment too. Exposure is more in every aspect of physiotherapy. Treatment skills used are good. Learning is more.
