In nims hospital they is no proper management of staff ..Everyone is own boss..No rule regulation..Just fun zone nd play with peoples life nothing more want to say u understand now how demotivated hospital is that..No value of talent only money process. If u give money nd u dont have any knowledge there is no problem..Because in today time money is everything..Not everybody thinking about other p...
