In nims hospital they is no proper management of staff ..Everyone is own boss..No rule regulation..Just fun zone nd play with peoples life nothing more want to say u understand now how demotivated hospital is that..No value of talent only money process. If u give money nd u dont have any knowledge there is no problem..Because in today time money is everything..Not everybody thinking about other peoples they know only there profit..Thats it all I want to say..Thats is why I leaving ..I dont want currupt money..

It's a bitter and bad experience ....I hated that job ...So cruelty in medical field. ..Poor and blinded management...... they didn't provide any safety for the staffs

My working hour is 9 hours daily, I have learned to give better patient care at hospital like arranging facilities of room, water, food and consultation and medicines on time. I have organized free Medical Campaigns for the public, Conducted lecture about consequences of Dengue fever, Conducted meeting inside and outside, Coordinated the patients with responsible authority to get their documents done for the Reimbursement of their hospital expenses. The entire management is excellent and supportive. Workplace culture is excellent. The hardest part of the job is sometimes need to stay back at the hospital for emergency cases even after the working our. Enjoyable part of my job is co-workers and team work.

good culture and good hospital

it was good to work there ,it gives me different kind of experience to work in the field of hospital administration , i worked in health insurance and also worked as floor manager and in-charge of ward and ICU. co worker was good and supportive and the hardest part of job was the prolong duty hour.apart from this it was a good hospital.
