Salary growth is gud if you word hard

Need a clarity on permanent buisness model which they are planning ..Ground people are suffering as compared to corporate working guys. Need to change more in this

Worst

Never sacrifice your life for the sake of ninjacart. Not even a day leave is accepted. 24x7 your hands should be on work. No family, no life, just ninjacart alone is horrible.

Stressful work environment

The number of working hours is not fixed. Hence, sometimes you'll work for less hours and some days you'll work for more. The working environment is stressful and very fast paced.

Fast-paced 24*7

They want you to work all day in the week. Salary on time. They will give at the end of the month. If you survive here you can survive anywhere else.

They will take full energy from our side you work two years and three years but they don't care when they want to throw you to decide and then they will fire for immediately silly reason I complain ceo you also but they don't care about it when they want they will take employees and they don't want they will fire immediatelyAsk ninjacart employees

Worst and pressured company in india

There is no time working time will be mrng 6 to night 9 some time 10.. no professionlism, no respect, No timing, no secure, no friendly management, even city head talk like a short.. when ever they open mouth it's a drainage.. I will not at all suggest in this company.. they will treat employees like a use and throw..

Speed is in the DNA of the company, you need to give atleast 18 hours a day to survive here. Have very challenging work as the nature of business is complex.

There is no proper top management system, HR team is not good, they will not give importance for employees and their work profile also, there is no good coordination between department to department

Flexible timings but unnecessary work load due to unorganized

Work ethics doesn't matter, what matter is work or get it done through it by hook or by crook, a lot of things need to change working timings, very unprofessional, language issue, mos important work timings are very erratic ! Personal life goes for a toss .... They could have done in a better way, but the central team has a lot of ego issues cannot take things practical and matured way any sort of suggestions or an advice

Nothing much is to do, maximum hours get in working from 5 Am to 10 pm working occurs, no professionalism is there, any work of any department can give, without informing they can terminate you
