Nippon express is one of the best company to work, if you proven there will be always recognition for your efforts. Good management ,but growth is a bit slow. Reasonable increment,job security.

Employees were friendly and they were very much concerned and particular regarding their work. I worked in every dept. Their , and i learned soo many new things like - documents required in logistics , and marking and labelling and so on. But, there were no appraisal given to the employees for their hard work. Nippon is the Japan based company ,so they follow the work culture just like that country. The hardest part of the job is to effectively communicate with their consignees/overseas. Because , jn that field alot of coordination required in the communication between the two parties. Lack of communication occured, then many problems were faced by the company. The best part of the job is they all were very friendly and helped out their internees and each other in every aspects.

I had worked for more than 8 hours/per. I had a team and the department called removals/relocation department. In that dep i was working as a customer coordinator for both import & export. The management was good and motivating people. The most hardest part is maintaining the work schedule during peak season of work and most enjoyed is thy will motivated me during tough time.
