Good for workmen but not for officers

I think I have wasted 10 years of my life doing a stagnant job in a remote location where even a movie theatre isn't present.No means of recreation and above all the insane work timings first shift starts at 5:30 am in morning for which one have to wake up by 4 am. No support from seniors as everyone is for himself no team work.

There are lots of work executed at a time by the trainee is not good for healthy workplace.

The average age of the workforce is higher and it reflects in the work culture . Benefits are good otherwise including accomodation. Salary and other perks are on par with industry best.

A high profile Mining Company of India with a very good work culture and a very receptive top management. The products are Iron, Iron ore pellets and diamonds. The company is also is setting up a 3 million Tonnes per annum integrated Steel Plant in Chhatisgarh.

very good Company for working. Remote location, best work practice. Biggest Iron ore producer in India.Highly mechanised surface mines . Sustainable mining practiced.Work culture can be improved mark.Location is quite remote. One of the key important factor is work-life balance at NMDC LTD. Co-workers are very good and always make a plan to get work done in time.
