What is the best part of working at the company?Worst company, Lots of politics, there is no respect for hard and loyalty for employees. Managers are Not even brothers about employees. I am Working in nobroker since 11 month and through my Experience of this company is really Pathetic .And i suggest and recommend the new people who want to join Nobroker kindly don't go with this company. The senior person didn't help you at all.Salary is also very low compare to the other competition in the market.1.No work balance2.No proper timing for log out.3.Penality criteria is also too much.3.Toxic Work Culture.SO ANY ONE WHO CAN JOIN THIS COMPANY, KINLDY TRY TO DIFFERENT COMPNY FOR BETTER SALARY AND FOR BETTER MENTAL HEALTH.

Pathetic organisation. stressfull work environment. Literally forget the personal life if you start working here. Salaries are not paid on time. Unnecessary deductions. Each employee does the work what 2 of them must do. Unprofessional approach by leads. On a whole worst of worst place to work. Instead of working here i would suggest one to stay jobless as no one wants to work for a charity (salary is not at all paid right).

Work is challenging but not difficult if your smart. Although the pay is highly less for the job type they provide. The Management Tries to get more work from you as compared to what you will be paid. They promote people based on their liking not by the performance and value they add to the company. Overall they don't like to be questioned, you just simply nod to whatever they say and you will be fine.
