Open and supportive culture, enough time given to settle down in new role, Not much pressure from seniors

Excellent work culture and very good management of company, I learned to get job done without giving pressure or taking pressure, people are responsive to needs of other and responsible towards their work

Good but could be much better

A lead software engineer typically does 50% engineering work and 50% management work, task planning, tracking etc.Good to average technology used, lot of legacy stuff which is being upgraded now.Work life balance is most of the time good.The work can get often repetitive after you have spend more than 4-5 hours. so learning pretty much stops. Also the next step in career is not well defined and you will stagnate in same level, unless you switch internally. Main problem is the slow paced development and deployment which reduces your learning. something you code goes to production after more than 2 years.
