For learning wise very good for beginners we can learn a lot If anyone worked for at least 2 years they can handle any situation at anywhere ...If management recognises employee work they will not leave that person and they give good promotion....

Good learning experience

Everyday is a new challenge at Nova with wide exposure to different problems. I gathered a detailed knowledge regarding Infertility, its causes, treatments, outcomes, etc. The management is superb. I love to work with my colleagues and their attitudes is very good and their helping nature is just beyond words. The most enjoyable part is working with the team.
