Our Strategic Priorities

Our Divisions
We are a focused medicines company.
We have two global operating divisions: Innovative Medicines, which specializes in patent-protected medicines, and Sandoz, which sells generics and biosimilars.
Innovative Medicines has two units: Innovative Medicines US, focused on growing our business in the world’a largest healthcare market, and IM International, focused on strengthening and growing our positions in our markets outside of the US.
