Financially sound but job is insecure.

What is the best part of working at the company?Excellent scientific communication, world class products, good acceptance in the market & smooth conduction on HCP engagement events. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Unexpectedly company ends the contract & terminated all India field force, that creates a very negative impact because as a Employer, it's the responsibility of HR to secure to employees career. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Considering the other MNCs, it was well balanced. What is a typical day like for you at the company?The Day of termination.It was beyond our expectations.

A place to retire from

The Pharma Giant-Novartis is a great place to work, landed here as my first job after Post-grad, great employee benefit policies, 3 day work from office, free transport, 7lakh insurance covered

The people can work with the company in a cool atmosphere

Great learning platform with lots of policies to be learnt and followed

Novartis is one of the best organisation to work with, people with Novartis are very intelligent and supportive, I feel, if anyone wish to learn business acumen and moral responsibility together they should work in Novartis for onces.

Career got spoiled.As they use all outdated software. Working with excel

What is the best part of working at the company?Transport only and nothing elseWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Managers don't have the capability to manage. Just encourage all girls, who wore minis and adapts foreign culture. There is no Indian culture. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Worst and doesn't have healthy environment to work. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Very dull and not encouraging.

Collaboration & Challenges

I really love working Novartis Pakistan but unfortunately after covid 19 economy of Pakistan shrinked and Novartis is continuesly decreasing it's growth and due to this employees are really disturbe due to high inflation both company and employees are suffering but overall still we are collaborating and giving growth to company for survival
