The talent is underutilized and the management and culture have a lot to improve. Work-life balance is the best and a lot of holidays and leaves. Location is very remote.

Scientific and serious work culture

since it deals with nuclear power work will be much more scientific and mathematical. Workplace certainly serious type with serious discussions.But work life balance is good with good take-home salary.Growth is limited since its a govt owned PSU.

very happy to work with those staffs in taps.salary little less. but happy to be with them. management good. hardest part of job is to work inside nuclear reactor buuilding, to work with myteam to do any job not difficult
