I am very proudly to enjoy my work with my colleagues in office, good salary & provided family accommodation in Township. Good township with greenery, round the clock security. Provide with all amenities like Shopping Centre, good hospital, stadium, schools, parks, temples and a lot of cultural programs on festivals. These all have been provided within Township. I missed a lot, because I worked on outsourcing basis. Due to my children career, I leaved NTPC, Ramagudam. My family was also missing alot. I LOVE NTPC

Concession Lunch, snacks, Tea & Coffee. Canteen was maintained by Industrial Canteen House (ICH), Staff also serve very pleasing manner within time morning & evening snacks.

Cons

Hospital in Township only having good & experienced doctors, We can avail leaves and in emergency situation we can take permission with superior officers.

The company has potential to grow much faster than actual. It is having great opportunities to become world largest organisation in the power sector but some incompetence imposed by wrong appointment and government involvement is destroying the great organisation

Waste of time

The summer training didn't really make me learn anything. The mentor assigned had no interest in our training group and could not even assign a project. Btw the plant was not on service during my internship, so I can assume they were not really busy.
