Fun place to work

Good environment but little work load BT the Co workers are friendly and helpful. Weekly assessment and meetings are conducted. Have to finish targets and weekly tests are conducted

So stressful

Good only for Beginners. They give lot of training but salary is very less. And after two years they will increment just only 1000 to 1500 rupees. But they give work double. Very stressful. For medical coder they give without CPC just 14000 per month and for with CPC just 23000.

Good company and gives good training with friendly trainers , able to learn lot of things. Teach us from the beginning to end and daily practices and test to improve skills

Productive and fun work place

NTT Data company is a very nice place to learn and earn while having fun! Friendly colleagues will encourage you to grow! Things became complicated only due to this pandemic. They can improve their pay structure!

Very good Workplace. Learned so many things about payment posting. Good start for freshers.

The most enjoyable job with less work pressure. Good team and good team leader . Job security for girls. Incentives for 3 months once. Skill development training weekly.

Slow paced and stuck in time. Slow to accept change and innovate

Having worked in multiple top notch organizations, I cant help comparing NTT Data with other organizations and be saddened by how backward the are! Technological and infrastructure improvements have a long way to go. Minimal to zero transparency from senior-leadership. Communication is one way. HR initiatives and engagement are close to zero!
