Worst experience.Never suggest to join.Job is always on stake after completion of one project.WFH is good here.Bench is very risky and while bench no body will support you.Toxic environment.Some of managers are very good and some of non- supportive.Overall experience not to join such a risky organization.

I am visitor in this company as my friend is employee in this company, reception didn't allow to go in and didn't give any space to sit the worst company behaviour ever i have seen. The security asked me wait outside in the sunlight i got so much tan. Isn't the receiption Sit is for visitors and clients but they didn't allowed and asked me to wait outside the company. I am also employee in one of the best it company, i have never seen such discrimination and rude behaviour in any company i hope they will do something in this case.

For freshers any project will be allocated, mostly it will be a support project.They will not chek your skills while allocating the project if you are a fresher.For experienced I am not sure. They follow proper MNC culture.All other facilities are good.

The bad is that it has 10 hour shift which is tiring and lots of night shift which gives toll to your body.

Permanent work from home facility in almost every project from even before the Covid started. If not, you are free to go office once or twice in a week. Work-Life balance is good. Colleagues are good and management is awesome. Fair chances to rise up get noticed if you are deserving and work well.
