Job security is not there is some of the process. Other wise company is good but only the problem is career growth is not too much there. Management level is not up to mark

First company as a Fresher which gave me lots of Exposure

The day would start at 2:30, cab was provided for pick up and drop and would end at 11:30 PM. Security was always there for the drop.
The day would typically start with creating the contracts set up, if any for the region handled. Set up the contracts according to the agreement and send it for Peer review.
Billing has to done to the customers according to the billing deadline. Have to verify if the expense and timesheets have been approved with the counterparts of the region.
Pros
Good Exposure to the top management.
Cons
Timing was the disadvantage.

but sorry to say there is less opportunities.

First i would like thank to nttdata because i have learns lots of things
there now. here are the below activity..
Reconciliation of General Ledger with Bank Statements and GL Accounts with Sub Ledgers in Oracle based PeopleSoft application.
To assist in the validation and processing of journals as required, in an accurate and timely manner to achieve month end close.
Preparing journal entries and uploading it to Oracle
Preparation of Tax withholding report
Researching for reconciling suspense items and facilitates resolving un- reconciled or unidentified items.
Clearing of pending cash items on RECS after receiving the payment from Bank
Preparation for Loan default review report.
Responsible for Month end closing, quarter end closing and year end closing within deadlines
Update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in every quarter.
To prepare monthly Dashboard representing monthly activity done and report to Client
Responsible for meeting all SLA targets and generating all process related reports.

Worked in the Mutual funds accounting division, the work involved scrutinizing, evaluating and documenting the effect of daily stock exchange movements on the various funds and reconciling the difference which maybe caused due to change in holdings, price and exchange rate fluctuations on a daily basis. This required in-depth knowledge of the constituent companies in the mutual fund and extreme sense of accuracy and efficiency with the financials.
