good company ruined by bad management, good leave, and medical policy. NTT Data acquires SAP projects at the very low bidding, as bidding is low they only require employees with a low package to keep project cost down regardless of the employ expertise and experience. At the end of the day, they do impose slogging to get the job done.

very less increments and i don't suggest to to join this company. no employee benefits much. Very small projects total SAP Practice count is not more than 2500 SAP BI practice size also not more than 300.

A fortune 500 company Mostly client driven projects in the company no annual hike. No major big clients . so the projects are short do not expect a big clients like IBM or accenture

I joined NTT DATA Pvt. Ltd. as a fresher on Oct. 2012. With completion of 2 months of training with the award of 1st place in the test i was put in a project SAP Tools and Technical on Dec 2012. I must say since the time i have joined the team i have grown day by day more and more. The management and co-workers have been extremely supportive always professionally and personally as well. The work culture was fun, with strict deadlines also that we have to always complete hook or by crook..:) What i have learned from NTT Data is professionalism, motivation, dedication , team spirit, client interactions and never to give up attitude. In short best organization to work with as a fresher..:)
