Work pressure is there but it is good for learning, growth is good in the company. Provides standard compensation and good appraisals. Management is not so good, seniors who has been there from 10-25 years have monarchy, you really have to struggle to prove yourself. Good for long term stay.

Good place to learn how to work

A typical day at nucleus software would involve the start of the day with a Scrum meeting to go about the work progress and status report, followed by assignment of tasks to be completed, either by end-of-day or end-of-sprint. It is a good place to learn a lot about the IT industry if you are a fresher, especially from a branch other than CS. The workplace culture is good, team members are usually friendly and quite helpful. But there is a lot of stress from the management. They expect a lot of work to get done in a very small timespan. Areas such as gym and badminton court are available for recreational purposes. You get to learn quite a lot at the start of your job and it gets exciting when new things are put for development. Later on the work sort of becomes mundane.
