No matter how great your company policies are, everything ultimately rests on your management and team, in my experience. In this case, management offers helpful criticism when necessary and appreciation when merited. Your personal and professional growth is important to Nutanix.

Worked for 2+ years. Hard to maintain work life balance. Crazy pace, move fast break things. Not enough focus on quality, which is evident in the customer reviews now. Probably some good teams there, but my team was toxic.

Good Company to Work for

I think it is a good company to work for. The work culture is great and salary & benefits are excellent. In terms of work-life balance, I believe that most developers and test engineers do struggle in that aspect here, because they have to stretch beyond working hours and on weekends quite frequently.
