Fast paced workplace

Productive but boring

Been working in IT, the dependence on outsourcing is very high. The company has a positive attitude and realistic mission statements but disoriented HR lacks a lot in maintaining culture throughout. The activities in companies are very less or slow paces.

Productive and Fun workplace

NXP is basically focussed for Auomotives. There is a lot to learn for a fresher and the profiles here are very good. Management in NXP is very good. The work-life balance is also relaxed. The people are very friendly, it has a open culture where you can come up with your ideas and get proper respect be it a fresher level.

Good company to work for Design Engineers not for IT background people

Pros: On-time salary. Good office location. Flexible timings. Cons: (read only if you are trying to get into IT): No learning for the person who comes from IT background. They mostly use vendor tools where you are only supposed to end user support. No Salary hikes. No On-Site. Very poor work life balance even on every alternate weekend you are supposed to work. Daily late calls starting evening 4PM to 9:30PM. Management tries to pressurize even on small things to do.

The management ( read managers) for F& A are sitting in Bangalore (india) , therefore at NXP noida the work timings were flexible. Owing to cab services opted however my day at ofc begins at 8:30 to 5 pm. Owing to recent management change , and no review of work being conducted , the responsibility was owned by me myself that becomes the most challenging part of the job and the most enjoyable too because the end product is outcome of my own efforts and the takeaways has been proudly in my own name. Having said that experienced reviews were always desired so that we could polish our personality and increase the dimensions of knowledge and at the same time the quality of the service is also not compromised .

Lack of managers's quality interventions and review of the work conducted causing haywired team work
