I worked as permanent employee to Objectwin. Even if the MNC pay to them they don't like pay for employee will tell as you should get approval to pay.

the day was very hectic , the work culture is bad , the management does not care what you want , the people , i mean the senior recruiters are very helpful , learned a lot of new things , the hardest part is only working with manager , who does not cooperate , to learn new things

This is hiring company where it takes resource as contractor Basis. Doesnt have job security. if parent company doesnt keep you, then they will not consider you to replace to some new company.
