Good company with internal employees politics

We can able to achieve our task on very easily. But, other employees internal politics is there. Until, the company is good in all the ways. Having the good reward and recognisation in this company.

Worst place to work. Overload of work and very less pay

The salary they pay to their back office is even lower than the janitors. And they will make you do work of two persons alone without any support. Worst place to work.

OCS services are good for fresher employee of all department

I had good chance of good job opportunity in this field and good management, teamwork, security of safety precautions, HSQE, etc. Good staff fever of me and my clients and friends, There is a one of the best facility management company of all over world of MNC group specially for India.

Working in Ocs India was an experience cross border training best practices and yes health and safety at its best . Worked with Professional people who were more than willing to guide during crisis.

Low Pay rate

Low pay rate and filling of vaccancy in site delayed.No annual incriment. Any damage of uniform or shoe replacement was very critical. In My job site only shared based Accomodation facility is available . No food and transportation facility.

If u have any experience and desperately need a job then try ocs,otherwise dont.

If u join this company, all ur salary, benifits, work culture, even ur skill is depends upon the site they assigned for u. No work ethics and inhuman behaviour from the management side.

Need to improve the way of professionalism

Things will move smoothly till you work and give business, politics as usual like other companies.salary average.But the Branch Head is a nice person. Operations need to improve.

I leave this company at 15th June 2016 but my leaving date is not updated then I contact to the management they are talking Bad words.after I leave this company I want to withdraw my pf amount but company not responding.
