Feeling proud working at ocwen.There are many talented person who come for different post but they do don't go through this written test in that case ocwen may loose a good employee. I would suggest this written test only will not the only aspect to get the right candidate. E g. Sachin who studied SSLC who is a world famous cricketer.So incase if the first written test employee doesn't get through pls give any alternative.

It was fun when I started working as a process associate. It was my first job ever to work with a corporate giant. Training and floor support is provided in the initial days, however the training quality may vary depending upon the trainer. If you have a good rapport with the senior manager, you can almost get away with minor mistakes. Networking is the key for your success. Always put forward a good word when you meet people.
