Not happy with the terms.

The company should not take the interview of so many candidates just for entertainment and give them the training only if they have limited seats and again they have to go through the Interview process for final selection especially to the graduate candidates. The candidates should only go through Assessment test and salary should be given at the end of the every month from the starting.Otherwise take the actions on the company.

Productive and fun workplace

Omega has a great work role since it's medical billing everyday we get to solve different scenarios and it's challenging for us to work everyday. The only default or downside was we didn't have cab facility for day shift and the salary package was not satisfactory.

Good workplace for freshers
