Work culture too bad, and job security -10%

I have worked there 3 weeks, after that I resigned, Because am really frustrated between this period. They are hiring me for video editing, after join I found they hire me for making PPT. When they taken my interview, noone says me about PPT. Work culture, atmosphere also too bad. I saw 2 peoples who are terminated without any notice(include a senior HR). They are believe in quantity of work, not quality. Actually, they need a operator not a editor.
