Good wlb.
Lead Software Engineer (Current Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - February 7, 2022
Good WLB. Low learning rate. Low growth. If you are performing well you will most likely get around 10% hikes in India, if not then 8% :P (lolz), if coasting then 0-5% But coasting is possible. Many people actually do it.
Pros
Good work life balance.
Cons
Slow growth.

A bit stressfull
Senior Software Engineer (Former Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - November 24, 2021
The company is good. Follows agile strictly. I feel they still use old tech stack which turns you to work reluctantly. In other projects you may find latest but mostly its old techs.
Pros
work enviornment
Cons
Some times stressful
