If you are concern is only tech stack building,this is the right place for you..they have solid foundation and good future plans as well.If someone from south TN looking for opportunity it's there they have offices in Coimbatore , madurai and main branch in Chennai.

Pros: 1. Good place to start as a fresher. 2. Nice working environment and friendly people. 3. Learn new features in IT field. 4. Work from home option is present. Cons: 1. Employees will be asked to work overtime if needed. 2. Taking one or two days leave is not okay with them. Even if its a planned leave, will be asked work from home. 3. Less salary. Advice to Management: -- Can recruit more people to split the work evenly instead of one individual handling everything.

Productive and liberation culture

I can only say great things so far. Everyone has been so welcoming and it's truly a fun, laid back work environment where everyone seems genuinely happy to be coming to work everyday. The atmosphere is extremely open and collaborative with open workspaces and no offices, however, there are plenty of comfortable more isolated spots to hang out if you need to get away and concentrate on something. So far, nothing not to love!

No politics, Any one can come up only by their good attitude.

Shall change Premises to different location possibly soon.
