Stability

Job security is supreme but salary is not up to market standards, HR policies are not strong you are left on the virtue of managers which is not fair for everyone. Growth opportunities are immense.

What is the best part of working at the company?I learnt everything in the optum..how to manage work and all related to shifts.. integrity too..improved my skills also..I owe optum..I never felt stress when I work there..I enjoyed everyday while at work.thanks optum What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Some times we loaded with heavy work but I enjoyed to learn new updates and everything..never felt stress..I love optum that never stress people who works there. And it gives chance to improve other skills also.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?We felt flexible at any environment..I learnt the culture and patience and how to talk to others with respect the management even if in difficul situations also.. Good Workplace to worl for freshers and experiences folks

People can works on variety of tech stacks in this organization. Quite good work life balance as compare other companies. Just quite infair in terms of pays and hikes for employee otherwise all good here

Work life balance is good. 2023 was bad. They fired many people. Hike is decent 10-15%. There are on-site opportunities.

Optum is good for stability, not for growth.

Lots of politics and buttering, manager demanding money for promotions, no respect of talent, but yes there is a job stability, no one going to terminate you. If u are low performance they shift to some others process but never terminate you from your job, very low work pressure, chill environment, but no growth, no promotions, transport is very very very bad and lots of politics and unnecessary meetings as manager have no work so they need to show off by conducting unnecessary meetings.

There is no work life balance at all. The work pressure is too much with high targets.No growth and not much to learn. The hikes are very less even for good performers. You can expect incentives if your work is good.
