In Oracle everything is slow paced, they put lot of effort in making product more secure and high performing, every employee gets access online paid learning portals. work is well planned and executed.
The most important thing for me while working at Oracle was the freedom, collaboration and the brilliant minds around you that inspire and encourage you. The management was also very humble and friendly.
No yearly hike cycle. Complete Management decison and market Performance.
Good Life Balance.
Independent and Individual Work
No Internal Politics.

Always involved in new critical situation with multi factor environments. Deep learning, reverse engineering is one of the main specialization for this kind of job. With the help of this experience I can easily analyze any critical issues and able to deliver them with ease.
Oracle provides a good atmosphere to work independently. You can see competitive work culture since you can find people from top universities and colleges and you need to be a aggressive learner to participate in this environment.
This is the best company in terms of work-life balance,
Good management the only concern here is that don't expect many hikes in salary.
Good place for gaming, GYM, dancing club
Have great work from Home facility, if your manager in on-site, no one will going to ask you from where re you working even.
It has great work life balance and an opportunity to explore various product teams. It has a great work culture and each one is working as an individual contributor so you always get a feeling of equality.
You work hard, you enjoy the work-life balance, but in the end, you find out there is no compensation or hike at all. Oracle is biased towards India's work-force as also found by an independent survey. But to work here expecting a career growth and personal growth is suicide.
Most people join Oracle attracted by the brand name. If you really want to join Oracle, come here, work for less than a year, get the brand name tagged to your profile, and get out!
Management at Oracle is always aware that they won't be able to provide you any hike/appraisal, but they act like it's on the way! They try to fool you as long as you stay.
Management strategy I found here goes like this:- hire them cheap, give them loads of uninteresting work, don't give them any hike/promotion/bonus, they leave after realizing they have been fooled, repeat!
Challenging work environment and must be willing to work under pressure. Compensation is good and transport facilities are great. Also they pay good allowance
You have a lot of opportunities to learn.
Senors will guide you. You can reach out to anyone.
Work-life balance.
The tech stack is a bit traditional but it's a bit complicated so you will learn stuff.
Being in the product support, it was a quite bit of learning experience throughout my tenure with Oracle. The management was so cooperative and provided me relevant infrastructure to learn.
Productive and fun workplace...good place to work ,management is encouraging and work life balance..learning is immense..in a nutshell great company to work
Regarding work wise, we can learn the product knowledge in depth with good debugging skills of an customer issue.
The most enjoyable part of the job is learning new technologys.
The hardest part of the job are Manage is dont have on employee concerns
Learning scope will be more as sources from oracle are more.
Good place to work.
Projects are not more but there no worry if dont have any project.
great.
From my perspective had a very dynamic team. It was usually a challenge to investigate the production issues and mimic the scenario in the test environment. You get strong in LP algorithm. I always appreciate working in Oracle APPS.
