Work largely depends on Teams but in a lot of teams it is relaxed and fun. There is lot of flexibility in terms of dressing and woking from home. Managers are quite supportive and had a great learning time at Oracle

Climbing up the ladder is slow
- Wide exposure to different technologies - Different trainings we are sent to before project begins, helps us to learn latest technologies and since they are apt for the projects we work on , we never tend to forget what we learnt in trainings as it is continuously used. - Option is given to us before development work begins and we are assigned the projects of our choice - We are constantly learning.
