Oracle is one of the the company which takes care of work life balance. Here people has liberty to work on their own ideas and no micro management.A wide range of technologies - off course it depends on the team.
Learning is good and fast paced, lots of new cloud Computing technologies to touch while working here, good environment and work culture ,
Learning and development opportunities along with certification
In my team, my manager encouraged the self-starter nature in every developer. Moreover, the work culture was not hectic and you can maintain a perfect work-life balance and still excel within oracle.
Good company to work. Work life balance. Use new technologies.
Good Mangament. Flexibilty of working time. Positive thinking people.
Willing to adapt to new technologies
Work largely depends on Teams but in a lot of teams it is relaxed and fun. There is lot of flexibility in terms of dressing and woking from home. Managers are quite supportive and had a great learning time at Oracle
Its a good place to work with good work life balance and flexibility. Family time is abundant once you join here. Growth is a little slow. Good place overall
learned so many things in Java and Linux technologies. got a good experience in customer management and product development.
Good work life balance and overall a good place to build up the career.
Work life balance is good as we get sufficient work from homes. But management is too bad and hikes are not every year. Cloud is not doing that great. Looking for a flexible work, go for it. Looking for a career, don't go for it.
A typical day revolves around 6 to 7 Hours of work with challenging tasks and might require extra hours of brainstorming and discussion.
Multiple opportunities to learn all new technologies if your management needs you to learn them. Management is a bit harsh on employee work life balance and benefits. Workplace has nice ambience, ergonomics and multiple facilities like Gym, indoor courts for shuttle, carrom etc. we can work along with people from across the world across culture, Time.
Cons

2.The engineering and product are colocated in the same place which helps the things to speed up.
I enjoyed working for BRM. I learnt team work. The most enjoybale part was work and fun were together happening. The hardest part of the work was to switching among multiple projects.
Flexible timing at work
Technically sound people around
Climbing up the ladder is a bit slow
Work culture is good and simple
Good to settle
The learning curve is good, depending on projects
Pros
Flexible working hours
Cons
Climbing up the ladder is slow
Challenging work environment will get a chance to work on product development, work-life balance is maintained. Will get a chance to explore new technologies and implement the same,
- Wide exposure to different technologies
- Different trainings we are sent to before project begins, helps us to learn latest technologies and since they are apt for the projects we work on , we never tend to forget what we learnt in trainings as it is continuously used.
- Option is given to us before development work begins and we are assigned the projects of our choice
- We are constantly learning.
Good company to settle down, if you are not expect regular salary hikes and growth in your career.
Internal movement between teams is also difficult and time taking.
Very slow and process oriented.
Oracle India needs a revamp. Most of the projects are legacy and nothing new comes here to IDC. Even if it comes, the amount of work very very minute and negligible.
Pros
work life balance, since there is not much work at all
Cons
work in India is bad
