The company is not reliable for employees. Directors are always given preference to their senior management.

Improper communication and negative environment. There is a lot of gossip in the office.Do not take ownership of any work and the management also supports the head of the department, there is no hearing at the executive level.

The company needs to hire quality nothing is international as per the name they carry. A bunch of fools run this organization who have no clue as to what is happening in the organization. The HR rather than solving the problems adds on to the problems and is ready to comment on everyone. Most of the higher management people can't even frame a proper sentence in English so you can imagine their standards. For your sanity avoid working here.
