The management is very good and helping. Worklife is balance with your personal life. If you are working on the higher level with minimum Sr. Technical consultant,SME(subject matter expert) and above role you have a best work experience and good exposure to product. Working on the international project is the best exposure compared to working on domestic project. Most enjoyable part is that manager never interrupt and demanding and allow you to work on your own. They are only concerned about the work being completed on time. Salary is on time. You will have a good exposure of your domain. Hardest part is that some of the supporting role do not have good exposure to technology and they only have to monitor the same. Growth is slower for supportive roles.

Orange Business Service is a place for the amateur professionals, where they want to learn and hone their skills and after certain point of time most of the talents of this Organization quits after reaching a certain level in this Organization.May be due to lack of internal movement & promotions within the Organizational department.

Good Organization to start in as fresh graduate, Best in Class for customers, Good environment, Exciting company to work, Amazing heritage and position in market place.

Cons

High Work Sress Levels with very low on salaries and benefits, As the year passes by you would feel not growing professionally with time, The experience for junior employees is not so fruitful, hardly any growth opportunity.
