Work culture

The management is very good and helping. Worklife is balance with your personal life. If you are working on the higher level with minimum Sr. Technical consultant,SME(subject matter expert) and above role you have a best work experience and good exposure to product. Working on the international project is the best exposure compared to working on domestic project. Most enjoyable part is that manager never interrupt and demanding and allow you to work on your own. They are only concerned about the work being completed on time. Salary is on time. You will have a good exposure of your domain. Hardest part is that some of the supporting role do not have good exposure to technology and they only have to monitor the same. Growth is slower for supportive roles.

Fun Workplace But Poor Salary Benefits

Excellent!!! Work/Life balance but very poor management and Salary Benefits.You will have a fantastic time at this company with Zero Work Pressure and Good people around you but do not expect any Salary hike and Benefits.

Orange -A nice place to work.

Orange was a pretty good Company.The Management was good.We used to work on ticketing system where tickets get assigned to us & on completion of the Call We are supposed to close the call.I worked on Alcatel-Voice products -OXO/OXE.
