It's a very interesting place to do work but i miss that job ans and that surrounding

I never find a typical day at work, good management, nice work place to learn more thing from this culture, the hardest part of the job was doing report after school finish after all in short period, the most enjoyable part of the job were to spend more funny time with kids and celebrating all kinds of festival in the school thank you🙏.

People in Management are highly improfessional ...some of the people only favour girls & women ...play next level politics and misuse official money to please their gfs in organisation

Long hours

Poor management with huge expectations. No proper direction is provided by the coordinates. There's no respect for the employee's time. LOP in every aspect of technicalities.

Mismanagement to the core

The school has a lot of shady work going in the background. For example, examination instructions are changed in the middle of the said exam. Teachers can be seen running from one class to another to give instructions. There's an event every 3rd day. And the classes aren't conducted during those days. Atleast not properly. There are teachers who are late to class by 15 mins everyday, but nobod...
