I have learned lots of new things from this school. The hardest part of the job is employees will not get enough time their family. Holidays also will be a working day.

What is the best part of working at the company?The best part of working at Orchids , I am to learn each day something new which I take delight 😊 in doing so.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Working hours is more not upto the mark of salaryWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Excellent , safe . Awful

Manipulative less educated teachers but so called experienced teachers bother highly educated, really good & caring teachers & Principal & Coordinators are partial to those worthless teachers & support them to do manipulation against good teachers. Most of the good teachers run away as over thete is full of dirty politics. Absolutely no work life balance due to unnecessary training throughout the year. One cant look after or take care of her family or kids if she works as a teacher here. Worst work culture I have ever seen in my life. N last but not the least, the teachers who are teaching after the good teachers had left, are having absolutely no knowledge, even they don't know basic Maths & English, they can't even frame a sentence or write correct spellings. The children studying in this school will have no knowledge as the teachers themselves don't know nothing, not even the basic things.

No job security , worst management with heads who needs to be changed for better work culture, central team is good .

Would never recommend anyone to join there. Poor management is the main drawback . All hard work of central team goes in vain due to that . Any issue comes up Principal is always blank and puts all blame on workers and never has an ear to listen . Rude with everyone including parents. Threatening employees is basic thing .All in all it was a mental trauma working and never had such bad experience in 6 years of teaching career.

If you are not a class teacher you will be treated as multi purpose teacher. Co ordinators will ask you to seat in the proxy classes in the random classes. Whatever your work is you have to left it and go to seat the class where the teachers are absent if you are not going didis will complain the co-ordinator about you

No management at all

Teachers are made to work beyond working hours at school then again work is given to be continued at home as well.So you cannot live your personal life being at Orchids Nigdi branch. No proper management of work is done by any of the seniors here their work is diatributed amongst the teachers.

Health gets affected badly not even a single cup of tea is offered to the teachers in entire day.

It was a very bad experience to work there .there is no management even they have no value of their teachers your principal call you suddenly and tell don't come from tomorrow ,today is your last working day without any reason and if we ask then they say we have enough teachers.its a very humiliating things there is no job security they can call you suddenly and ask for resignation ,.asteacher I gave my 💯tea h

Orchids have given me lot of learning as I was teaching in a state board school and here it was very different and I liked the curriculum but this year because of the weekly asssessment , somewhere we are only focusing on the marks and not the method of teaching.
