Stressful work environment

Horrible management system and No help provided to its brand partners. They keep facing financial and order issues but are unwilling to help to fix them. We are told that it is our need that we have to place an order as if it is not related to Oriflame at all. The products are good but I would not suggest anyone to work in such an environment ever.
