What would you suggest Orion Edutech management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Management doesn't listen at the first place. Because of their moronic attitude that employees are servants and they are superior, they don't want to see or know where the fault is and how they can overcome those

  • Please first Pay salary on time. Salary date 5th of every month but get credits after 15th . Stop unknown deductions & paying the amount in nxt month arrear. Apart from this Company every Skill Sector companies are paying more to the Trainers. But for Orion even if u r genius Package not more than 18K CTC

  • Please try to find out greedy people from the management. And please review the expenses from the ground level. Bohut Ghotala hai Boss..

  • Would suggest them to be more focussed and employee oriented.

  • The owners and business director are very nice. They should remove the top brass and induct qualified and experienced people. Also need to eradicate the Calcutta style Babu (Laid back) culture.
