Waste of time

They had never done what they committed with the employees nor with the one for which they are their like they mobilised candidates from rural area then take no care just wasting their time on the name of DDUGKy a lot of loop holes

There is no work culture in this company.The seniors exploit the employees.Salary is never given on time. Sometimes they don't pay salary for 3-4 months straight.During lockdown they threatened employees to buy masks from the company or they'll fire the employees. Over the course of 3 months all employees in my city gave more than 5k Rupees each for buying masks. And the masks that they sent were so small that it didn't even fit kids.There's no job guarantee. They can fire you anytime. They also take your PF without telling you.They don't provide resignation acceptance letter or recommendation letter.The bosses will make you do way more extra work than necessary.Good work culture among employees is missing.

It's a productive place to work but the work environment is not very supportive

It's a productive place to work but the work environment is not at all supportive. Management was not supportive. In the time of lockdown they put into unpaid bench most often. It's not at all a reputed organization to work with. I will not recommend newcomers to start their career their.

Productive & fun workplace

Day to day work is carried on very smoothly.Co-workers were very helpful, compromising and understanding. I have learnt here how to work together in teams. But there are certain management issues related to mismanagement of the Centre and Salary issues--we dont get salary at proper time;every month we have to ask for it. The hardest part is to make the trainees speak fluently in english. The enjoyable part is when the trainees engage themselves in Debates and various memory-boosting games.
