U are only respected and in the company till u are achieving targets ,they are littrelly fooling hoteliers , they are just looting the market that's it , so working in this company is like making enemies of allhotels of that. area

Not so good

I worked here for amost more than a year, still I didn't find productivy and growth. There are lots of problems in the property which we only have to take care ourselves most of the time, including financial and technical. Salary is very minimum that's why lots of Housekeeping staff leave. I tried my best to fit in but the property I was working shut down.

Pay is different for the same level

Two people can do the same work but would be paid differently because one of them resigned and they had to retain them. If you stay for long, you wont be paid well. Join, Resign, Take back your resignation, Get a hike.

Very poor place to work no work culture and no job security .they will fire you by giving any reasons. So would strongly recommend never go to work at this place

Good place to work....things happening really fast...lot of challenge but good team and work culture, bit stressed but it is manageable..few individuals thinks they own the company which like common scenario in any organisation

I have worked there almost 18monts

I have been working since Feb 2019 till aug2022 and they layoff the employee saying that , they will call with in 6-8months again for rejoining but they haven't.

Fun work

I had a lot of fun at work.. I even learnt alot at work.. I had a wonderful staff with me who were helpful and very Hardworking people.. I had the best experience of my life with Oyo company.. I wish if thay start again and I get a chance to join that Oyo family members again..

Working at OYO is a fun but the management is not good at all. Growth are only when you are selected at hire level.

Worked with OYO for more than 5 years. They hired as an executive but the work I did as an analyst. Growth is Zero and no job security. Asked for increment and lost the job.

hire and fire policy

this company usually do hire and fire policy and does not retain any employees during covid they have done layoff and it was one of the unicorn of india.Management does not reply to your email and they have made us resigned forcefully and have given just 1 month of salary.

Good place to work but they will see only 5 ⭐ ratings and they won't arranged any food and accommodation to H. M at hotel management will tell all are provide for long distance who are staying at hotel
