Fast paced work enviornment with few of the dumbos who do not know hospitality and still lead you.
- Good company.
- Good business modal.
- Not so good of the business practices.
- Very poor work culture with new frontiers adding up every now and then as the company believes firmly on the statement of "Change" is the law to progress
- Salary & benefits could be considered good for sure
- Not so good of the recruitment process as they've got few dumbos heading you with no what so ever knowledge of hospitality

Very difficult to survive in this company. Frequently changing their policies. No job security. Management has no clue what's going on in the lower level.
