It is a first generation business promoted by two brothers- Padam Chand Gupta and Balram Garg. The company however, had a vision of expanding its presence in the retail segment. Good place to work at but very low and untimely pay

It was a good place to work at, both work environment and colleagues were good. The only problem was the salary, it is very low and very untimely. Sometimes I used to get my salary on 10th of the month other times on 15th. Incentives structure was also not good.Overall a good place to work at. I learnt a lot from my seniors.

Worst Company to work with

I strongly recommend not to join this worst company ever. it will spoil your career as company doesn't pay their employees on time.no one helpful starting from top line to bottom line.Higher profile or management every on are very bad no one helps you. few higher authorities just come and sit don't have knowledge at all.

I handle silver stock very well

Everyhing ig good in company but there is only problem staff didnt get salry on time we worked. N get our salry after two months.i work very hard but didnt get the credit

Overall good experience

Nice Please to work at PC Jeweller. But no salary growth since the last four years.Overall management are good and familyr.Good good culture and all supporting head office staff including management they understand the problem. So corporate with employee.
