It is an average Indian pharmaceutical company with product range for many therapeutic areas. Personally i enjoyed working in Panacea Biotec. I would definitely recommend some one new to the pharmaceutical sales field in this company.

It is worst experience

Area Sales Executive (Current Employee) - Chandigarh, Chandigarh - January 6, 2021

There is no H.R policy , anyone from Head office can take a call and harass field employee . Salary is very late , even if you ask for your money they don't reply . Here is no settlement policy after leaving job . At customer level they have very bad image due to there false commitment with them .
