The company is very good But the management is useless, whose salary is to be increased, it is all up to him. No Salary growth No designation growth You will get bus time pass as much as you have come in salary.

Company is good but can't see long future sustainability. Most of the work are still done on papers. Top management do whatever they want in any area without consulting area manager.
