Working for about an year here now but in no way this place feels like a corporate. The managers lack competence in supporting the team. Work is thrown at employee with bare minimum name sake training. The senior management is involved in lots of politics. Some people are promoted thrice in a year and others keep proving over and over again Couple of them were asked to leave without any information to the employees. FAVORITISM is at its peak. Team leads, ATMs and all promotions are based upon sycophancy. There is no system in place for grievance redressal by the management. HR is almost non existent. Over all you are in a for a crude experience. The motto seems to be Might is Right and if you know nothing, you are bright.

Please change the management. It is a gross insult to the nation when a MNC brings in work and it is managed by such incompetent people. Many colleagues are wonderful but the toxicity due to nepotism and having talent less people leading talented group is a joke. A monkey cannot lead a group of lion. But that's what happening at Paraxel - Mohali.
Nepotism and favoritism the two pillars. Local office has highly suffocating and a toxic environment to work in. There is no work life balance sply if you are at a managerial position. No recognition/appreciation of honest hard work. It work on hear say. VP does not have any managerial skills and is highly biased. The culture is such that you are expected to be quite and do as you are told. Even HR dept. is untrustworthy.
Parexel is a good company to start your carrier but its not good if you want to advance in it. The Management is biased and not trust worthy. Even HR is not trustworthy. Good process but not good management/execution. Favoritism is highly promoted instead of knowledge. No cooperation from the Management team. Very casual attitude of handling things. No growth opportunities.
Parexel Mohali office was a good office to work within, however it had lesser opportunities to grow within the same organization and had lesser employee retention policies.
Workplace culture is unstable as there are frequent updates coming up. Management should strive on making a stable and streamlined process. Salaries not bad, but could be better when compared to the market condition. There is no security to Job as the company is taken over by Pamplona capital company and there are frequent layoffs without prior notice. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Few positive thing: 1. Leaves whenever required and work from home option. 2. Free lunch & dinner, Free cab other than that no other benefits.

No focus on learning or training, it’s only outputs that they want. No one is keen on sharing the knowledge but everyone is keen on looking at mistakes. Management doesn’t take the accountability and responsibility and turns deaf ears to you. Blame game is what everyone plays here!
A toxic environment to work in. Some senior managers lie to get what they want and are allowed to get away with it. Salary is not great and pay rises depend on how well you get on with your boss, not your capabilities. Some senior directors were fired and investigated for fraud. The nexus they created still exists and threats are made by the nexus, from outside the organisation, to those who dare to question what is going on operationally. Career wise you will not grow, rather take a step backwards. Support for career development is non-existent. If you want certificates forget it; They will simply point you to an online free course with no certification. No autonomy and god help you if you disagree with your manager - forget communication and any chance of a career there
1) Doing payments by Oracle against ASAP, Europe, USA & UK. 2) 8 years experience in Oracle 11I & R12 against Invoice process and invoice payments. 3) Good management but it's a service industry not a production related industry. 4) Good working culture with Global level standards. 5) routine work from long time. 6) i got experience on invoice process, validation, payments, online banking, reconciliations, higher management call attending and generation of finance reports.
