Very manipulative and full of politics

I joined Partha since June 2019. Intially as a new comer in corporate chain I felt it's best clinic.. but soon I figured that this place is full of politics where one person will do politics over other to retain in job. It's like cluster head are also a big political chap infront they will say good words but behind you they will always say bad about you . Finally coming to salary, every month they find new ways to cut your salary. They don't bother if you die too.. finally if you are new in this field it's great to learn there but at last it's not the place for the experienced dentist. Also no traveling allowance , they will say incentive once in 3 months but it's a trap they won't give ever.
