The main advantage of studying at this college is it's infrastructure. It is the top notch private university when it comes to infrastructure and student support as there are various cells to gain knowledge apart from studies.All our faculties are graduated From reputed institution like IIT,NITs and Govt Colleges so study wise we get a good support from teacher's end.

I use to be an event manager at my previous work place.Eventhough I worked overtime for almost my everyday, I didn't get a pay what I deserved, I didn't get any familiar working atmosphere. Always I felt left out, after all doing this much of hardwork. Most of the staff of this company wants flattery personality to get promotion or salary hike. But in my case I can say that I'm self-made. My dedication for the particular role was everything to me, also students who showed respect to me that's use to elevate my encouragement. If you want to work in Parul University then don't seek for salary hike if you're not a flattering person to the authorities.

inside politics is the worst and no one will listen to your explanation

you have to work continuously without taking any break. you get only 20 minutes lunch break and if your call target is not achieved then you have to stay late without any transport facility. the office is 12 kms from city parameters. it is difficult to work when the environment is stressful.

A stressful environment with no incentives

It is difficult to survive because of lack of support from the management. There is only one way communication system and that is of top to bottom. You might be lucky if you have supporting boss or else there is a lot of deadlines not just from the boss but from the management as well. The employees who work are pushed with further workload while the employees who are not having the capacity are given free time. This results into a lot of pressure on the employees who are already putting in 100% of their time and efforts. You might get pushed a lot with no incentives unless you demand for them They do not value employees and just treat them like liability
