It is nice working in Pathways in my complete duration. It always help its employees to grow. Management always do well. There is nothing very hard there, if you have passion of teaching and learning. Its a good place to work.

The school implements IB curriculum in an effective manner. One can learn a lot working here. Lot of handholding right at the beginning. Collaboration and team work are a must here. People will encourage you for your initiatives.

The most typical day at work is mange bac entries and veracross entires for all the three curiculum at a time. Management has there own rules which they don't follow. Co- workers are good. The most enjoyable part of the job us spending time with kids.

I learned a lot at Pathways. I enjoyed working with everybody as the staff was very caring and supportive. I grew in my knowledge of PYP. I was able to engage my class with pre planned learning engagements.
