What is the best part of working at the company?Pay was good. Training and trainers were fantastic.Timing was the issue as it was only night shifts.NO JOB GUARANTY. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?One on one with TL was bad experience. Fun place to work

PayPal has a good work-life balance (this varies across teams but generally is true). Pay is decent but lesser compared to FAANG companies. Teammates are nice.

Hard working and friendly company

The operations in PayPal is challenging yet rewarding. The company and then CEO always tries to go extra mile for their employees.Managers are supportive and you need to be on high alert about the security measures taken by the company.

Loads of benefits. Best office space. Good and knowledge colleagues. Work from home options. Good insurance benefits and stock refreshers every year. But they can fire you anytime.

Loved working there

It has been one of my best experiences working at PayPal. Genuinely great work environment. Smooth onboarding experience, responsive HR team, great compensation package. If you are new to customer support, you should join them, learning is immense there.

Good place to start

I started my career with Paypal as a software engineer. Had two managers due to a team getting shuffled and both of them were very supportive.Colleagues were super nice, work timings were flexible, and you're trusted to take responsiblity.I only moved on because I decided to change my career as a whole.

Fun Workplace

Good tech Stack, Very Good and motivated.. We can learn a lot from our peers, lots and lots of oppurtunities provided for everyone. Everyone is equally contributed towards the end.

Stressful and no more happy place to work

When I joined I really felt that it’s the happy place management was perfect and no biases were seen.. but after 2 years everything changed and management started their ever unrealistic targets and started pressurizing employee to achieve. If not met then they use to Issue warning which not only affected my growth but also I lost my interest in work and lose my self confidence to become better and improve.

Older folks have created an environment of not letting new people feel part of the team. There is a general sense of "not my responsibility" in the team.

Great company

Great place to learn and growth but shift was underwhelming and it hurts work life balance. I was in night shift from going live till last day on work cuz they didn't change shift. 8 months night was too much.. For human body to handle..

Productive, innovative and fun work place

It's great to work in people as it is a it always some place of the employee benefits and the employee wellness so cabbies free you'll get the highly comfortable cabs then there is an option to work from home as well company culture is very good if you are into IIT then there is no point to leave people at all

It was good working with paypal sometimes hard work and hd to work kn weekends as they have large amount of work when it comes to coordination then we have to work with the vendors and the stakeholders
